Instruction for use
active substance: liquid extract of aloe (Aloe arborescens Miller Folia) (1:4,7) (extractant: water for injection) 1 ml;
excipients: sodium chloride.
Dosage form. Extract liquid for injection.
Basic physical and chemical properties: liquid from light-yellow to yellow-brown color with a specific smell; it allowed the presence of suspended solids during the storage drop down into the sediment; when shaken, the vial sediment moves in a uniform suspension.

Stimulates metabolism, accelerates the regeneration processes, has a adaptogenic and tonic action. Improves cell metabolism, trophic and regeneration of tissues, increases the overall nonspecific resistance of organism and resistance of mucous membranes to damaging agents. Stimulates the protective functions of granulocytes, increases appetite. Increases energy reserves in spermatozoa and enhances their mobility.
Has not been studied.
Indications. Progressive myopia, myopic chorioretinitis, blepharitis, conjunctivitis, keratitis, iritis, vitreous opacities and ulcers disease stomach and duodenal ulcers (composed of combination therapy).
Contraindications. Hypersensitivity to the drug. Severe cardiovascular disease, arterial hypertension, acute gastro-intestinal disturbances (including diarrhoea), impaired patency of the intestine, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, appendicitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, hemorrhoids, liver, kidneys, complicated shapes, nefrosa nephritis, diffuse glomerulonephritis, cystitis, metrorrhagia, hemoptysis, cholelithiasis.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction. Enhances the effect of stimulating hematopoiesis, and iron preparations. While the use of aloe and thiazide diuretics, loop diuretics, licorice preparations, corticosteroids increases the risk of potassium deficiency.
Features of the application. To prevent soreness, you can pre-injection, inject 0.5 ml of 2% solution of novocaine. Before the use of novocaine should do an Allergy test.
Use during pregnancy or breast-feeding. The drug is not use because its mechanism of action (as a biogenic stimulator) has not been studied.
The ability to influence the reaction rate when driving motor transport or operating other mechanisms. Has not been investigated.
Method of application and doses. In case of sediment, the vial before opening to shake until a homogeneous suspension. Aloe extract administered subcutaneously daily: adults – 1 ml (maximum daily dose of 3-4 ml); children from 3 to 5 years – 0.2-0.3 ml; over 5 years – 0.5 ml. treatment – 30-50 injections. Repeated courses are carried out after two or three months.
Children. Apply children 3 years of age.
Overdose. The cases of overdose have not been reported. May increase side effects.
From the digestive tract: feeling sore, dyspepsia, abdominal pain.
From the side of cardiovascular system: increased blood pressure.
The immune system: allergic reactions, including redness, itching, rash, hives.
Other: dizziness, feeling of rush of blood to the pelvic organs, increased menstrual bleeding, burning sensation, hyperthermia, changes in the injection site (redness, itching).
The expiration date. 3 years.
The storage conditions. Store in the original package protected from light at temperature not exceeding 25 ºC. Keep out of reach of children.
Incompatibility. The drug should not be mixed in the same syringe with other drugs.
Packing. 1 ml in the vial. 10 ampoules in a pack. For 5 ampoules in a blister, 2 blisters per cardboard pack.
